Welcome to HYLN Hub — a wellness brand accelerator helping founders grow with clarity, strategy, and soul.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and digital products (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Overview

HYLN Hub provides creative and marketing services including (but not limited to):

• Done-for-You content creation and brand strategy

• Done-With-You coaching, templates, and community

• Digital products such as planners, toolkits, and content systems

Services may be delivered via retainers, one-time projects, or digital downloads. Specific terms for each engagement will be outlined in your custom proposal or product description.

2. Client Responsibilities

By working with us, you agree to:

• Provide timely communication and approvals

• Submit required materials (brand assets, feedback, etc.) within agreed timeframes

• Honor payment deadlines as stated in your invoice or agreement

Your collaboration is key to a successful project.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are due upfront or according to a custom payment plan outlined in your contract or checkout page.

• Digital products are non-refundable.

• Service retainers or projects may be refundable only if explicitly stated in your agreement and requested prior to work beginning.

• Late payments may result in paused services.

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your brand assets and content you provide.

• We retain ownership of proprietary frameworks (like the HYLN Method™), templates, and internal systems.

• Final deliverables become yours to use upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and business. All materials, information, and strategies shared in the course of our work will remain confidential.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel at any time by notifying us in writing. However, fees already paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your agreement.

We reserve the right to pause or terminate service if:

• There is a breach of terms

• There is non-payment

• Communication becomes unprofessional or disrespectful

7. Limitation of Liability

While we bring strategic expertise, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower growth, revenue, or sales. You acknowledge that success depends on multiple variables beyond our control.

HYLN Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date.
