Supplements are one of the hardest categories to advertise on Meta. The product is easy to copy, the margins depend on the second and third order, and ad review rejects claims that would pass almost anywhere else. A generalist agency can burn a quarter's budget learning what a supplement account already knows.
So the search is narrower than "who is good at Facebook ads". You want someone who has run or built ads in this category, knows what a claim can and cannot say, and can tell you on the first call whether your economics work.
This list covers twelve options across the U.S. and Europe. Some run the media. Some are creative or strategy partners who hand the work to your buyer. Some only take supplement brands. Everything below comes from each agency's own site or a page we read. Where a site does not state something, we say so.
The short version
- Top pick for senior creative strategy without a production team: HYLN Hub. Two senior strategists, fractional, for a small number of DTC wellness and supplement brands in Europe and the U.S. Our own studio, so weigh that.
- Best supplement-only Meta specialist in the U.S.: Creative Thirst. Facebook and Instagram for dietary supplement brands and nothing else, since 2012.
- Best for a European supplement or longevity brand: Evolut. Hungary-based, beauty, supplement and longevity only, across Europe and the U.S.
- Best for UK compliance fluency: Hummingbird. Claims-compliant paid social for supplement and wellness brands, from Peterborough.
- Best for a founder who will go on camera: MHI Media. Scripts written for you, filmed on your phone, edited and run by them.

Details, sources and the honest note on fit are in each entry below.
How we chose
Four things, in this order.
Public supplement work. The agency names supplement, vitamin or nutrition brands as clients, or describes the category as a focus on its own site. General DTC agencies with no supplement case were left out.
Meta as a stated service. Facebook and Instagram advertising is named as something they run or build, not implied under "digital marketing".
Where they are based. We list the office or country where the site states it.
How they describe their process. An agency that can explain how it tests and who makes the assets is easier to work with than one that leads with a ROAS number.
We did not rank by size or claimed results.
The list
1. HYLN Hub

HYLN Hub is a creative strategy studio for DTC brands in Europe and the U.S., based in Barcelona. It is our own studio, so weigh this entry accordingly.
Two senior creative strategists, a husband and wife: Eda Burcu Senel leads strategy after a decade in marketing, and Santiago Correal Mantilla leads client and growth with a background in AI research and engineering. The work is research, concepts, briefs, creative testing, performance analysis and creative team management. Briefs go to the brand's editors, designers and creators; HYLN approves and hands to the media buyer. No production team, no media buying team.
Best for: supplement, wellness and beauty brands that have a buyer and asset makers and need the thinking in between.
Based in: Barcelona.
On fit: if you need someone to run the account or edit the video, this is not that. If your ads are made without a strategy behind them, it is.
2. Creative Thirst

Creative Thirst is a Facebook and Instagram agency that works with dietary supplement and health and wellness brands only. The site says it has operated since 2012 and lists its address in Rochelle Park, New Jersey.
The method reads like it was written by someone who has sold supplements: messaging by traffic temperature (cold, warm, hot), tests on psychological angles and framing rather than only headlines and images, and creative for both the customer who wants ingredient science and the one who wants a lifestyle result. Compliant ads that still create desire is the whole problem in this category.
Best for: U.S. supplement brands that want a Meta-only specialist inside the category.
Based in: Rochelle Park, New Jersey.
On fit: Meta only, supplements only. TikTok, Google or retention need a second partner. Pricing on request.
3. Evolut

Evolut describes itself as the growth partner for beauty, supplement and longevity brands across Europe and the U.S., strategy-led and creative-first. The company is registered in Hungary and works remotely with an international team.
Services cover paid media across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google, plus email, SMS and social content. The line that stood out: "We scale spend against real revenue, not vanity ROAS." Named clients include Hillvital, Solanie, Vedic Lab and BRONN. It also publishes its own research on supplement ads.
Best for: European supplement or longevity brands that want one partner for paid, creative and owned channels.
Based in: Hungary, serving Europe and the U.S.
On fit: a full-service model, so you are buying a system rather than one channel. Pricing on request.
4. Hummingbird

Hummingbird is a UK supplement marketing agency based in Peterborough, working with supplement, functional food and wellness brands across the UK. It offers SEO, Google Ads, paid social and content, and leads with claims compliance under UK advertising rules.
The process starts with claims: the team maps every claim a brand wants to make against what is permitted, then structures campaigns to pass Google and Meta review first time. One named client, Biobalance, is cited for follower growth and a lower cost per acquisition. Pricing is not published; most supplement brands work on a monthly retainer.
Best for: UK supplement brands whose ads keep getting rejected, or who are entering a regulated claim area.
Based in: Peterborough, UK.
On fit: multi-channel rather than Meta-first. Ask how much of the retainer goes to paid social.
5. K2L

K2L is a Manchester performance agency with a named supplements and nutrition sector. Its three service lines are branding, web design and development, and digital marketing, with paid social under the last. The site lists further offices in Dubai and Chicago.
Named clients in the sector include GoNutrition, Crush Supplements, Insynergy Labs, Bootea and Dr Ohhira. A free marketing review is the way in.
Best for: UK supplement brands that need the brand, the site and the ads built by one team.
Based in: Manchester, UK, with offices in Dubai and Chicago.
On fit: Meta is one line inside a wide offer, not the centre of it. Pricing on request.
6. PinPoint Media

PinPoint Media runs paid social across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat, with paid search, creative, influencer and video production alongside. The site lists offices in London, Cheltenham, Leeds and Edinburgh and more than 80 specialists.
Its own writing names supplements, wellness tech, fitness apps and premium skincare as sectors. Named homepage clients are food, drink and skincare brands (Knoops, Planthood, Everleaf, Sunsolve) rather than supplements. On process: "We test, learn, and scale what works."
Best for: UK and European wellness brands that want a larger paid media team with in-house production.
Based in: London, Cheltenham, Leeds and Edinburgh.
On fit: a bigger agency with a wide roster. Ask for a supplement case by name.
7. Skaleit
Skaleit is a Meta ads agency for ecommerce brands that has written at length about supplements. Its supplement guide states the agency has managed over $10M in supplement ad spend across DTC brands in supplements, fashion and toys.
The method is worth reading even if you never hire them: three levers worked in parallel (creatives, landing pages, offers), a persona, angle, concept, format and awareness stage matrix, and an audit that names the conversion leak before proposing a fix.
Best for: supplement brands with a working offer that want a Meta buyer who also thinks about the landing page.
Based in: not stated on the pages we read.
On fit: no named supplement clients on the pages we read, so ask for references.
8. Flighted

Flighted is a paid media agency based in New York combining Meta and TikTok management, creative production and landing page optimisation. The site says it produces more than 1,000 unique creatives a month.
Named clients span DTC and CPG, including Avantera Health in the supplement space, alongside SimplyGoodCoffee and Cat Person. Flighted also publishes its own guides on Meta ads for supplement brands.
Best for: U.S. supplement brands that want paid media, creative volume and CRO from one team.
Based in: New York.
On fit: the volume suits an account at scale more than one still finding its first winner. Pricing on request.
9. Y'all

Y'all is a performance creative and marketing agency for DTC brands based in San Antonio, Texas, and a Meta Business Partner. Services cover creative strategy, UGC, media buying and measurement across Meta, TikTok and Google.
The site names beauty, health and wellness, CPG and home goods as sectors, with work for FlavCity (protein powders) and ZYN Turmeric (a drink mix). Y'all describes its supplement work as structurally varied concepts that get through Meta and TikTok claim review without losing the hook. Pricing on request.
Best for: U.S. supplement and functional food brands where claim-safe creative is the bottleneck.
Based in: San Antonio, Texas.
On fit: creative-led, with media buying as a service rather than the centre.
10. Top Growth Marketing
Top Growth Marketing is a Los Angeles agency running full-funnel Meta acquisition for DTC and ecommerce brands, and one of the few here that publishes pricing: $2,000 to $10,000 a month depending on ad spend and scope, a $5,000 a month minimum in ad spend, and month-to-month contracts.
The site names health and supplements among its categories, alongside apparel, beauty, food and beverage, pet and home. It has operated since 2011 with an in-house creative team, and describes a four-stage process: audit, strategy, launch and optimise, scale.
Best for: U.S. supplement brands spending $5,000 a month or more who want a Meta-first buyer with clear terms.
Based in: Los Angeles.
On fit: a broad DTC roster rather than a supplement specialist. Ask which supplement accounts they have run.
11. MHI Media

MHI Media runs founder-led advertising for DTC brands. They write the scripts, the founder films on a phone, and they edit, run the paid media and scale what works. The site says it takes about 30 minutes a week of the founder's time, for brands doing $50k to $5M a month.
Supplements have a dedicated page, and All Real Nutrition appears among the clients. It is clear about who it will not take: dropshippers, brands that require approval of every frame, and brands that put safety ahead of speed.
Best for: founder-led supplement brands where the founder will be the face of the ads every week.
Based in: not stated on the pages we read.
On fit: if the founder will not go on camera, none of this works. Pricing on request.
12. Inflow

Inflow is a digital marketing agency based in Denver and Tampa offering SEO, PPC, paid social, CRO, analytics, email and SMS. Paid social covers Facebook, Instagram, Reddit and Pinterest.
The supplement case on the site is Atrantil, a bloating relief product, where Inflow reports a 318% increase in Facebook revenue and a 128% increase in total revenue year over year.
Best for: supplement brands that want Meta run inside a wider search, social and email programme.
Based in: Denver and Tampa, with work across the U.S. and Europe.
On fit: one supplement case, not a specialism. Pricing on request.
Which type of partner fits your stage
Picking the wrong kind of partner is a more common mistake than picking the wrong agency.
Under roughly $20k a month in spend. You need someone to find the first angle that works and the offer that makes the maths hold. A strategy partner or a small Meta specialist fits.
$20k to $100k a month. Creative becomes the constraint. The account needs new concepts, not more variations of the same one. Look at who makes the assets and how they are briefed.
Over $100k a month. You need media, landing page tests and retention in one place, or three partners who talk to each other.
In every band, settle first who makes the assets. Some agencies here produce everything. Some, including us, write the brief and direct the brand's team.
Meta's health and supplement ad rules
We are not going to summarise the rules, because they change and a stale summary is worse than none. Meta publishes its Health and Wellness advertising standards on its Transparency Center, and that page, not a blog post, is the reference. Read the current version before you brief and again before you launch. What we can say is procedural.
- Check the policy before you write the creative, not after. Most rejected supplement ads were written to a claim the policy never allowed.
- Keep a claims list. Every claim the brand makes, marked as permitted, restricted or not allowed, with the evidence behind each.
- Your national rules sit on top of Meta's. The FTC in the U.S., the ASA and CAP codes in the UK and the EU health claims framework apply regardless of what Meta's review passes.
- Ask any agency how they handle a rejection. The answer tells you whether they have done this before.
What to ask on the first call
- Which supplement accounts have you run, and what was the repeat purchase rate? If they cannot talk about the second order, they have not thought about supplement economics.
- Who writes the brief, and who makes the assets? "Our creative team" is not an answer.
- What do you change between test rounds? A real answer names the variable: angle, hook, format, creator, offer.
- What happens when Meta rejects an ad? Listen for a process.
- What would make you turn this account down? Agencies that know who they will not work with know what they are good at.
Working with HYLN Hub
We are two senior creative strategists in Barcelona working with a limited number of DTC wellness, supplement, beauty and lifestyle brands in Europe and the U.S. We do the research, concepts, briefs, testing plan and analysis, and we manage your creative team through it. Your editors, designers and creators make the assets; your media buyer runs them. Published results include a 7-figure DTC beauty brand, under NDA, from $0 to $2.4M in 12 months, 3.3x Q4 ROAS. If that shape fits, apply here.
FAQ
Do I need a supplement-specific agency, or is a good DTC agency enough?
A good DTC agency can run a supplement account, but the learning curve is paid for with your budget. The category has its own claim rules, review pattern and repeat-purchase economics. Category experience shortens that curve.
What is the difference between a creative strategy studio and a Meta ads agency?
A Meta ads agency runs the account: structure, budgets, bidding, reporting. A creative strategy studio decides what the ads should say and to whom, briefs the people making them, and reads the results to plan the next round.
How long before I know if an agency is working?
Long enough to run two proper test rounds, which for most supplement accounts means a quarter. One month tells you whether onboarding was competent, not whether the strategy is right.
